I've been saying this over & over again elsewhere, but no one seems to be picking up on it. Amendment 2 specifically states that the copyrights are excluded except for those "required for SCO to exercise its rights with respect to the acquisition of UNIX and UnixWare technologies."
Now everyone here knows that, but they seem to be missing the fact that System V was *not* part of the technologies *acquired* by SCO, and therefore, none of the copyrights for System V could transfer under this amendment.
