In the unlikely event of a share holder lawsuit, those folks will need a way to figure out how much they would have made, were they able to dump, err, I mean sell their holdings sooner. I can speculate on what would happen to the stock price if any of those large share holders were to dump their holdings, but I am clearly no expert in such things. But there is no need for speculation. The court can just look at the average price that BayStar is getting when it makes large sales. Unless there is something fraudulent going on, the price BayStar gets must represent the true value of the stock.
