The TelSoft contract with LA was the subject of a Telsoft PR release on August 23rd. Didn't hear about this from Darl during the September conference call.
This leads to the obvious suspicion that todays PR was timed because a bagholder had told SCO it was planning an exit, and SCO wanted to build buy interest.
